A former Northern Ireland police officer and expert on child online exploitation is one of the key speakers at the Unite-CPHVA Northern Ireland Conference 2023 on Friday (9 June).
Jim Gamble, Kings Police Medal, will talk about online safeguarding using his extensive experience as a former Head of the disbanded RUC Special Branch and former Head of the UK’s Child Exploitation & Online Protection Command Centre (CEOP).
He is currently CEO of the independent INEQE Safeguarding Group, which believes in empowering people to stay safer through education and use of innovative technology.
Jim is a regular commentator on television and recently conducted BBC interviews on the latest search for Madeleine McCann in Portugal.
The Northern Ireland conference theme is ‘Rebuilding Communities’ and will take place at The Elk Complex Toomebridge, 38 Hillhead Road Antrim, BT41 3SF.
