Nicola speaks to journalist Matt Lamy about the details of her strategic plan launched earlier this year. Our Plan 2024-28 involved speaking to thousands of children and young people on what mattered to them. The priorities are poverty, education and mental health.
She also explains why it’s children and young people who are in fact her real boss and help to steer her team’s strategy. ‘I want to continue to work with children and young people to amplify their voices,’ she says.
