Be a part of this year’s conference

21 March 2019

Help shape the content of this year’s Unite-CPHVA 2019 Annual Professional Conference by submitting an abstract and/or poster for consideration.

This is an exciting opportunity to share your research with your peers. You do not have to be an expert in data collection, statistical analysis or large scale service redesign but your entry should demonstrate ‘who, what, why, where and how’.
The abstract entry process is as follows:

  • Download the entry form. It is important to remember that the entry form must be anonymous.
  • Select whether you are submitting a paper or poster.
  • Proposed submission title should be 20 words max. You must ensure that this clearly demonstrates the purpose of your submission as this will be how the session/poster is listed in the programme if you are successful.
  • Your abstract should be a summary of your work in no more than 100 words, this will be used on the conference app if your abstract is successful.
  • The summary should be a description of your work in no more than 500 words. This will be used by the judges to score the paper and should be mindful of the judging criteria below.

Successful submissions, considered by our panel of judges, will be included in the two-day conference programme.

The entry deadline is 18 April.

Submit your abstract, to book your place and for further information visit:

The conference will be held in Harrogate on 16 to 17 October, 2019. ‘Early bird’ tickets are available until 28 June.
