CPHVA AGM 2018

The CPHVA is providing an opportunity for members to apply for a supported place to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in October.

While attendance to the AGM is open to all members, the supported places are limited to 10 per region so early application is recommended. 

The AGM, to be held in Bournemouth on 16 October, provides a chance to express your views and influence the agenda for the Professional Executive team for 2018.

There will also be the opportunity to vote on issues affecting the professional membership, and the Executive will feed back on the work that has taken place over the last year and the issues they feel are important for the CPHVA for the coming year.

The supported places will include transport costs to and from the venue, as per union rule, and a maximum of £50 towards an overnight stay where this is necessary. 

However, this does not include entrance to the annual professional conference, so it’s advised to contact your branch for support or contact your regional office to establish a local branch facility if you wish to attend conference.

Applications should be made only via your professional regional representative (see names below), using the form here by midnight on 21 September.

The CPHVA AGM will be held in Bournemouth on 16 October from 1.30pm. Registration is from 12noon with a light buffet served at 12:30pm.
