Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is the largest community healthcare organisation in London. We provide our services to diverse communities/boroughs Barnet, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Merton and Harrow; altogether covering 11 boroughs.

If you have a recognised Health Visitor Qualification, V100/V300 Nurse Prescribing, up to date knowledge of the current national recommendations and public health agenda including the Healthy Child Programme, along with sound knowledge and experience of safeguarding children then this post could be for you.

CLCH NHS trust is currently re-shaping the way Health Visitors work, looking at new and innovative practices to improve Child Health in Brent. This includes agile working and provision of laptops to all staff.

We have a range of Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Brent, offering good professional development opportunities, working with diverse populations. We are developing innovative models of working with our families and partner agencies to offer high quality care to achieve positive outcomes for families in Brent. As part of the 0-19 Service Model we have a Single Point of Access for clients and partner agencies. The health visiting service supports with this process offering a timely and robust service which has been well received by the clients and partner agencies. In addition, the 0-19 Service is supported by a wonderful Admin Team who are based in the HUB for a more streamlined and smarter way of working.
