Sevenoaks and Swanley District Health visiting are looking for enthusiastic Health Visitors to join our team. If you are newly qualified Health Visitor or an experienced Health Visitor you are welcome to apply.

.The ideal candidates will therefore have:

- A Specialist Community Public Health qualification

- Flexible approach to meet the needs of the service

- Be an effective communicator on all levels, with the ability to provide advice and resolve issues

- Be passionate about delivering a responsive customer service to Children and Young People

- Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

-Have a "can-do" attitude

- Be organised and meticulous, with an eye for detail

- Excellent IT skills

- Be able to respond to and manage distressing and difficult written and telephone referrals

-Be able to demonstrate emotional resilience

For Agenda for Change posts based within the North Kent area of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley areas) they also receive an allowance of a 5 per cent high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of £1,762). - Please note that this element does not apply the bank positions.

This is a Full Time position but Part Time hours will be considered
