HEALTH VISITOR PERMANENT BAND 6 37.5 HOURS

This post is based in Bethesda but covers the Bangor area in North Wales. This post will be an exciting challenge for the successful candidate. There is a team of Health Visitors , School Nurses, Health Care Support Worker and Admin staff who are very supportive. There is also a safeguarding team in the locality who offer both regular and ad hoc safeguarding supervision.

We are looking for a Health Visitor to join our team to manage a caseload within a defined population; with the overarching aims of increasing family resilience, improving population health outcomes and reducing health inequalities whilst safeguarding the well-being of children.

“Applicants must hold a current Heath Visiting qualification or be > currently studying for the Heath Visitor qualification”

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
