Health Visitor – Bulkington Health Visiting

Salary: Band 6- £33,525 to £34,782pa

Contract: Permanent

1 Vacancy for 30 to 37.5 hours: Hours dependent on requirements of applicant.

Base: Bulkington Village Centre

We are currently recruiting a Health Visitor to work in the Bulkington Health Visiting Team based at Bulkington Village Centre, School Road, Bulkington, CV21 9JB.

This exciting opportunity has arisen within our Health Visiting Service at South Warwickshire Foundation Trust and offers a rewarding, supportive and caring environment in which to practice and gain a wide variety of experience.

The primary role of the Health Visitor is to lead on and deliver the Healthy Child Programme to improve outcomes for children. The team’s skill mix consists of Health Visitors, Community Nursery Nurses and Health Visiting Assistants, who are, proactive, supportive, enjoy a challenge, conscientious and work collaboratively. They have also adopted agile working which has been very positive for staff allowing for flexibility and a better work life balance.
